Our meeting & annual Toy Ride was called to order @12:30 Eagle Point Park . The Pledge of Allegiance was held followed by a Moment of Silence for our lost brothers and sisters. Chaplin Dan said a short pray then Sherriff Lincoln escorted ‘Santa Claus’ (Larry Leanord) & his helpers 125 motorcycles & 10 vehicles safely thru Clinton and over the N. Bridge. To Large 1’S & Pizza Paddle Wheel .There toys & cash for the area food pantry was collected for District 21 .area Jackson, Clinton, & Whiteside. Fred thanks each & everyone that joined us & helped in anyway .This toy ride makes a big different for any families in the community. Thanks again Larry for pizzas and food you donated and another great year. Thanks to the man above for beautiful day and all the giving people.

        Meeting was back to order at 1:30 & the Large 1’s 35 members & 10 guests.

        Thanks to businesses  Illowa Music, Larry Leanord Large 1’s& People from Paddle Wheel Pizza ,Miles Volunteer Firer Dept.,Advanced Physical Therapy, Company One Suppression, Joe Glover, James Hurlbeirt, Stiffword & Uncle Mike, McKinley St. Tap, Clinton National Bank, Paul’s Discount , Bittersweet Salon & everyone that joined us Sunday  

and helped anyway. Our condolence to Phil Heine family and friends who passed away Saturday Phil was on the toy ride the Sunday before. Phil was the one who gave Santa’s reindeer a ride in his side car on his motorcycle. He will be missed by all. Phil had attended many ABATE events.

TREASURERS REPORT: Elvira gave full report on checking acc. & down biker. Two picnics tables paid for and delivered to Miles Thresher ground  made by Tom Yarolem for life time membership ABATE district 21.States taxes & event fees was paid Cash donation this month will go to 7 food pantries & toys for tots. Thanks Everyone!!

PAC: Was passed and collected.

Inventory: There are some rodeo shirts left also and Miles Rodeo Patches & 2008, 09, & 10 rockers call Fred or Roberta (815-441-4156) or just come to the mtg. to make a purchase. Hope to get some new ABATE inventory this month.
