Chief, Retired) has been in the hospital for over a week with pneumonia and the
Doctors have not figured out what else. They are still running tests to see what
else is holding him down. Please keep him in your thoughts and prayers to help

JUNEAU, WIS. - A Dodge County, Wis., judge has ordered a convicted drunken
driver to pay college costs for the son of an Iowa City man she killed in a
crash last year.
Darcy Schehr was also ordered Tuesday to spend a year in jail and serve 15 years
probation for driving drunk last July and causing the death of motorcyclist
Daniel Christ.
The 40-year-old father was from Iowa City. He was attending a motorcycle
convention in nearby Washington County. Schehr's vehicle crossed the center line
on Highway 60 in the Town of Rubicon.
Judge Daniel Klossner ordered the 28-year-old Hartford woman to pay two years'
worth of college costs, including tuition, room and board, and books, for the
victim's 15-year-old son.

Great News! Governor Culver signed HF2662 today. The Swept ATV & Snowmobile
funds will now be returned.
