First things first, due to computer and internet problems I have been unable to do several newsletters. And unfortunately due to personal issues it never
occurred to me to attempt to make other arrangements. But I will be doing my best to keep up this time or I will let someone fill in for me. Thank you for your patients!

NOW FOR THE NEWS AND EVENTS
Our next district meeting is Saturday, June 14th, 2008 2pm.
The membership meeting is held at The Waveland Fairground Cafe, East 30th and Walnut.
You will be updated on legislative issues that affect your rights, future ABATE events that you may want to attend and general information about the ABATE organization. All ABATE members and guests are welcome. The meeting lasts about an hour or so with a ride following.
We'll hope

For those of you who get Fox 17 KDSM out of Des Moines, be sure to watch for a program airing on
June 15, 22, and the 29th. I believe it is called Cruisin' Iowa. Our own Rider Education Director, Tammy Deeter and Share the Road Coordinator, Wayne Wierson, will be featured in this program. We are also having TV commercials aired on this station advertising the Freedom Rally.
When this comes on, I would be open to comments on this program and commercial, as we do not pick this Fox station up here in northern Iowa. Thanks, Phil. willies@mchsi.com
